Church Media Squad: A Whole Creative Team for Your Church, Without Hiring One

One person runs the slides, the bulletin, the socials and the website, and Sunday comes every seven days. Here's how Church Media Squad hands that work to a team of church creatives on one monthly plan.

The short version

The short version

Church Media Squad, the team that runs Pro Church Media, is a monthly subscription that gives your church a team of church creatives for graphics, video, social, branding and websites. You send requests through one portal, the same Squad works on them every week, and revisions continue until it's right. Plans run from $797 to $3,497 a month on a 12-month agreement, and you can start with a free trial.

Meet the Squad. Your church works with a dedicated team of designers, video editors and, on All-In, a named account manager.

In a lot of churches, one person owns the slides, the bulletin, the socials, the website and the Easter invite, and Sunday comes every seven days. Church Media Squad is built for that person. Instead of hiring a designer, a video editor and a social manager, you get a Squad of church creatives on one monthly subscription.

How it works

  • Book a 30-minute call. The sales lead looks at your church's actual calendar before recommending a plan. Graphics and Graphics + Video can also start with a free trial, no call needed.
  • Hand over your logos, fonts and colors, and the Squad builds the brand profile its designers work from.
  • Submit requests in the member portal. Each one moves from Open to Received, and the project manager asks if anything's missing.
  • Review the finished work from a Dropbox link, then approve it or send feedback. Revisions continue until it's right.
  • Reorder your queue or pause a project anytime with Manage My Queue.

What the Squad makes

  • Graphics: sermon series art, event promos, slides, bulletins and social posts, in every stage, print and social size
  • Video: bumpers, event recaps and testimony films edited from footage your volunteers shoot, in horizontal and vertical versions
  • Social: on All-In, a weekly set built from the sermon, with two sermon videos, an image post, a recap, an invite and a Facebook text post
  • Branding: a main brand guide on All-In, plus ministry brands with their own guides and logo animation on All-In Premium
  • Websites: a sermon upload each week and ongoing support on All-In, and a full website build with hosting on All-In Premium

The plans

Prices are per month on a 12-month agreement billed monthly (Oct 2026). Month-to-month costs more, and paying for the year up front costs least. There's no setup fee on any plan.

  • Graphics, $797 a month: graphic design with creative direction, up to 7 active projects
  • Graphics + Video, $1,697 a month: adds video production and editing, up to 12 active projects
  • All-In, $2,497 a month: adds branding, website support, sermon-driven social and a personal account manager, up to 15 active projects
  • All-In Premium, $3,497 a month: adds a full website build and hosting, ministry branding and custom social with scheduling

Social, website and branding work don't count toward your active graphics and video projects. You can move up a plan at any time.

Who it's for

  • Solo communications directors who own the slides, bulletin, socials and website
  • Churches with a volunteer camera team but nobody to edit the footage
  • Churches between creative hires that still need Sunday's graphics on time
  • Multi-site churches that want one consistent look across every campus and ministry

Plan ahead and get the most from it

Send sermon series and event requests two weeks ahead, and Easter and Christmas three weeks ahead. A weekly bulletin update sent by end of day Monday comes back by Friday. Have each ministry lead submit their own requests, since there's no charge per person.

Who's behind it

Church Media Squad has served churches since 2017, with 3,000+ churches served and 300,000+ pieces designed. The same team makes Remix Church Media, Extend the Sermon and ChurchCreate, and runs Pro Church Media.
