The short version

Church Media Squad is a monthly subscription that hands your church's graphics, video, social, branding and website work to a team of church creatives. It's best for a solo communications person buried in Sunday's to-do list.

What’s included

Everything Church Media Squad does

In real life

What Church Media Squad looks like on a normal week

Sermon series in every size

Send the series title and date. The title graphic, slide backgrounds and the stage, print and social sizes come back from that one request.

Sunday footage, edited

Your volunteers shoot it and upload the raw files. You get back a bumper, event recap or testimony film, in horizontal and vertical versions.

A week of sermon posts

On All-In, the sermon drives a weekly set: two sermon videos, an image post, a recap, an invite and a Facebook text post. Your team still answers comments.

How it works

Up and running this week

  1. 1

Book a 30-minute call, or start the free trial on Graphics or Graphics + Video without one.

  2. 2

Hand over your logos, fonts and colors so the Squad can build the brand profile designers work from.

  3. 3

Have each ministry lead submit a real request, like next month's sermon series, then review the drafts.

Questions

Church Media Squad FAQ

How much does Church Media Squad cost?

Plans run from $797 a month (Graphics) to $3,497 a month (All-In Premium) on a 12-month agreement billed monthly. Month-to-month costs more, paying for the year up front costs least, and there's no setup fee.

Does Church Media Squad have a free trial?

Yes. The trial runs 14 days or three projects, whichever comes first, and you pay nothing until it ends. Graphics and Graphics + Video start without a call, while the All-In plans begin with a conversation.

How far ahead should we send Easter and Christmas requests?

Three weeks for Easter or Christmas, and two weeks for an event or sermon series. A weekly bulletin update sent by end of day Monday comes back by Friday.

Can we cancel if it isn't a fit?

Yes. On a 12-month agreement, cancel in the first 60 days and you owe nothing more. After that, leaving early costs half the remaining months, up to three, while month-to-month plans have no contract.
