The short answer: is spf.io right for your church?
spf.io gives your services live captions and translation in more than 100 languages, which people follow on their own phones, on the big screen or in your livestream. It's best for churches with multilingual congregations or Deaf and hard-of-hearing members. The catch: pricing is quote-only, based on usage, with a one-time onboarding fee.
Who spf.io is for
Great for
- Churches where families speak different first languages
- Congregations with Deaf or hard-of-hearing members who need captions
- Immigrant and international ministries sharing one service
Skip it if
- Churches looking for a free captioning tool. Your streaming platform's automatic captions may be enough.
- Churches with unreliable internet in the room. Full features need a solid connection.

spf.io FAQ
How much does spf.io cost for a church?
spf.io doesn't publish prices. Church pricing depends on your number of languages, services and attendees, and you request a quote.
How do attendees see the translation?
On their own phones, through spf.io's web-based audience view, where they choose a language. You can also show captions on screens or in your livestream.
Does spf.io work with ProPresenter?
Yes, as a beta launched in May 2026. It translates slides as they advance, and churches already using spf.io can try it free during the beta.
Is spf.io accurate enough for sermons?
It uses AI by default, and an operator can supervise and correct errors live. For more accuracy, load a manuscript ahead of time or book human captioners and interpreters.
