The short answer: is Soundstripe right for your church?
Soundstripe is a subscription library of 58,000+ songs and 115,000+ sound effects, with stock video on higher plans. It's best for churches making weekly social video for their own city. The catch: Personal and Pro plans cover individuals, not organizations, so a church-owned channel points to the $999-a-year Business plan.
Who Soundstripe is for
Great for
- Churches making weekly social video for people in their own city
- Small teams that want up to three seats on one plan
- Mac editors who want track suggestions while they cut
Skip it if
- Churches that need one song for one project. A single-use license or pay-per-track library costs less.
- Churches running broadcast or national campaigns. Business excludes broadcast, so you'd need Enterprise.

Soundstripe FAQ

No. Soundstripe has no free plan or published church discount. Its Business plan, aimed at nonprofits and small businesses, was $999 a year or $299 a quarter in October 2026.
Can a church use Soundstripe's Personal or Pro plan?
Soundstripe says its consumer plans cover individuals, not organizations, and the license is in your name. It says content made in-house for an organization needs a business-level license.
Can we play Soundstripe music live at church?
No. Soundstripe's FAQ lists live performances of its music as a restriction.
What happens to our downloads if we cancel Soundstripe?
You can't re-download tracks or use them in new projects. Single-use licenses give perpetual rights if you still need a track later.
